Did you know that yesterday was National Coming Out Day? Did you know yesterday, on National Coming Out Day, I read a photography forum post and photographer asked whether or not they should blog about the gay wedding they shot? Yeah, I was outraged too!
It is 2010, people! It is about time we start supporting one another and take a stand for human rights. It does not matter your gender, your sexual preference, the color of your skin—none of this matters. We are all humans, we are more alike than we are different and we need to respect each other and appreciate our differences because those are the things that make us unique. Otherwise we would all be the same, and what fun would we have then?
I am a straight ally advocating for or the equal rights and fair treatment of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning people. Here is to finding your true love.
