As a kid I was always trying to figure out how magicians were so magical. While growing up, one of my favorite babysitters was Tommy. When he babysat he’d bring over his bag of tricks and entertain my brother and I all night with his magic. I tried and tried with all my charm to get him to tell me how it all worked and like a true magician, he never revealed a secret. It drove me crazy, but I loved it!
Last week, I got an adult taste of magic. I spent an evening photographing and being completely entertained by Sleightly Impossible, a group of Denver magicians, at the Lumber Baron Inn. Sleightly Impossible is something to check out. They provide a pretty unique style of entertainment by combining comedy, magic and illusion. Really, they are funny—like laugh out loud funny! And their magic will drive you mad, in a good way. Don’t miss the chance to see their next shows October 13th and 20th at the Lumber Baron Inn in Denver.
